• Bank transfer to Bancolombia, via Bre-B key (from Nequi, Davivienda and others) or to DaviPlata.
• Credit card through a payment link, with a 7% surcharge charged by the platform.
• We do not accept cash.

For your security, we only share account details through our official WhatsApp +57 320 548 8752. We do not publish accounts on the website and we will never ask you to pay from another number or through social media.

How it works

• To confirm the reservation, pay a minimum deposit of 20%.
• The balance must be paid in full before check-in; without full payment, the access code is not sent.
• Transfers are accepted from Bancolombia, Davivienda or DaviPlata, or via the key. From other banks only if made at least 72 hours before check-in, because they take longer to arrive.
• Send us the receipt via WhatsApp with your reservation code.
