Check-out Protocol

Check-out is the process of leaving the property: vacating it, locking it and settling any pending charges. It is even simpler than check-in.

Check-out time: before 12:00 noon

This time allows the cleaning staff to prepare the property for the next guest. Leaving late without approval may result in an extra charge.

WHEN YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT, PLEASE:

1- Let us know via WhatsApp at least 30 minutes before leaving.

2- Record a video showing the condition of the property (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, sheets, pillows, appliances and other items).

3- Take any photos you consider relevant.

---

4- Send the videos and photos via WhatsApp to the person you have been in contact with.

---

5- When leaving, lock the door with the digital lock (TTLock). In the Garupal and Dunda Care properties, also leave the physical keys in the lockbox.

Note: Any damage, missing items or issues found during cleaning will be reported to determine responsibility. Issues not shown in your videos and photos may lead to the application of the clauses of the digital contract you signed when booking.
